I contacted Motor Finesse yesterday regarding a Ford Kuga they had for sale, they replied quickly and were very accommodating to my ever changing appointment requests. Don't really know where to start with this but all i can say is that this was probably one of the easiest transactions iv'e experienced. A pleasure to deal with, the communication from them was first class, quick replies, answered any questions i had to ask. The car when i went to view it for the first time was immaculate and as described on the advertisement, the car when i went to collect it on the day of purchase was even cleaner which i didn't think it could get any cleaner. I found my new BMW 520D on auto trader being sold by Motor Finesse. His service was 10/10 the car was very thorough and you can see that they only sell top quality. He also brought my car off of me which was in fact more expensive than what I was buying. The deal was smoothe. He was also very thorough in checking everything was good with my car before buying! I've ended up woth a really good car for my money! An easy stress free sale of my old car and somebody else will end up with a great car when he sells it on!

Where can I start! In the morning I found the BMW 4 Series on Auto-trader. The advert was really good, well detailed and informative for everything you needed to know. I called up Imran shortly after on Saturday 16th September to discuss further details and setting up a viewing to go see the car in person in Leicester. We agreed to pay the deposit via bank transfer and it was smooth sailing. We received a email immediately after confirming payment. When we arrived at the location, Imran was absolutely fantastic throughout! The service was just amazing and I was really confident buying the car from him. I was incredibly impressed with the service I received at Motor Finesse. Sales were not pushy, I was given the time to inspect and think over the car I was looking at and importantly given space to do so, which is a much more comfortable experience than having a salesman in your face from when you walk in until you leave. Imran had excellent knowledge and appreciation for the cars in his stock and it showed, all were spotless, prepared and all of the cars were of really high quality, well looked after and incredibly specced. The quality of the BMW G31 520d I came to see was incredible and with such a competitive price, I’d have been a fool to not have taken it away. The sales process was quick and simple and I drove away in my new car within the hour. When I come to change car again I will definitely be checking what Motor Finesse have in stock first, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
